Do not machine wash or place the foam in the dryer.

Cleaning Information
Unlike other “memory foam” bedding products, your new OBUS Ortho-PEDIC product can be washed for ease of care and peace of mind. To clean your OBUS Ortho-PEDIC product, simply follow these steps:
- Unzip and remove the soft outer cover. The cover can be washed separately according to the directions on the attached inner tag.
- The inner foam material may be gently hand washed using lukewarm water and a mild detergent (preferably a detergent specifically designed for hand-washed articles). Do not use hot water or any detergent containing bleach.
- It is recommended that you gently squeeze the foam material to work the soapy water through it, and then repeat the process in clean water to thoroughly rinse the material.
- When the foam material has been fully rinsed and the rinse water drained, gently press the foam onto the bottom of the sink or tub to expel most of the water from the material. If desired, you may repeat this step by sandwiching the foam between two dry towels to extract even more of the water.
- When most of the water has been expelled from the foam material according to step 4, set the material aside to air dry.
- Once the material is completely dry to the touch, replace the soft outer cover and resume using the product.
Please Note Carefully
Although the OBUS Ortho-PEDIC foam material is highly resilient and durable in regular use, its unique open-cell structure can make it susceptible to damage during the cleaning process if care is not taken to follow the above instructions.
Specifically:
- The material can be ripped or torn if it is not handled very gently during cleaning. In particular, the heavy weight of the foam when wet can result in damage to the material if it is lifted at a corner or put under similar stress during the cleaning process. To minimize the likelihood of accidental damage to the material, the entire product may be washed within its fabric cover. If you choose to wash the product in this way, simply skip step 1 above and then proceed through steps 2 - 5 as described.
- Do not machine wash the foam material. It must be hand-washed as outlined above.
- Do not place the foam material in a dryer. It must be gently pressed to remove the rinse water and then air dried as outlined above.
- Do not use bleach or any other harsh chemicals to clean the foam material.
- Do not apply an iron to the foam material.
LIMITED WARRANTY: (North America Only)
Obus Forme guarantees all OBUS Ortho-PEDIC items are free from defects in workmanship & materials for 1 year from the original purchase date. Only the foam will be replaced. The outer material is not covered and must not be returned. This applies when items are used for the purpose intended.
Items will be repaired/replaced with new/refurbished parts/items &/or alternates (our option) if the ORIGINAL purchaser has sent the completed Warranty Registration within 30 days of purchase & includes original receipt & item. Shipping, customs, duties and taxes must be PRE-PAID TO and FROM Obus Forme by the PURCHASER. This warranty gives you rights that vary by province/state. This warranty may change. This warranty is nontransferable.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
Wear & tear, aging, foam/item discoloring, flattening, density, variation, alteration, mishandling, faulty adjustment, misuse, improper care, accidents, rental use, obsolete items, service by anyone other than Obus Forme, use of any non-Obus Forme authorized parts, shipping damage, neglect, items sold ‘as is’ or damage due to natural acts are NOT covered.
